As our organization has grown, our focus on you has not. The efficiency and effectiveness of service has always been a top priority at Pebblehaven. In recent years, we have made our "lightening fast" responses (as some of you call it) even faster. In addition, we have made our responses more precise and "right the first time." In fact, from what we have seen and been told, with Pebblehaven you consistently have the fastest response times in the industry, hands down. In an attempt to continue this level of service, and to seek continued improvements, we have instituted several procedures. The main procedure that our customers are directly affected by is emails sent to multiple email addresses at Pebblehaven are filtered by our system, and thus we most often will not be reviewing or responding to them. There is only one "team" that can handle any and all requests. For example, only the update team can update a customers web site content, thus sending the request to our support team or billing team will not lead to the request being done any faster or effectively, and thus we filter such a message so we can get to the next properly delivered message faster. In addition, spammers have recently adopted the procedure of frequently sending spam to multiple addresses at a particular domain, so often times we are faster to serve you because we are not sorting through spam. The only thing we can see resulting from allowing this would be delays and teams crossing paths (forwarding your request to a team that already received it, and then you are possibly charged twice), and since it will not benefit you, we will not allow it. However, if you are ever unsure of where to direct a request, you may simply review our site (answer found there), give us a call, or drop an email to the general mailbox. When possible (when the customers acknowledgement of terms and conditions is not a part of their proper and direct delivery to the email account in question, such as your understanding charges are incurred for an update request), we will forward the request on your behalf to the right party, and even let you know where you can direct the request the next time to ensure it is processed even faster by our team (they will receive immediately, instead of when someone gets to the email and forwards it for you). |
