- Proofs: Your
first full color proof (pdf file(s) with print permissions) of the work
completed is typically sent within 5 business hours of our returning from a property
visit/appointment. Should you request any modifications (a new
proof) or approve of the proof/work, on average it will take your "request" 2 business hours to make it to the top of the "queue" (be the next request "in line"). From there, based upon whatever your
command/request(s) may be (a modification request, or an approval) will determine the additional time before it is completed.

- Printing/Delivery:
Brochures
are typically printed and delivered within 1-2 business days from the time of a
visit to a property (this will vary based upon how quickly you respond
to the proof(s) that we send, how many modifications/proof(s) you may
request before you approve of one, etc).

*An "approval"
is your responding with either "I APPROVE" or "PLEASE MODIFY NO ADDITIONAL
PROOF" to a proof that we email to you. Deliveries are made weekly on Monday, Wednesday and Friday (unless otherwise noted for holidays and other occasions). They are generally made/completed by 5pm
(a very small percentage are made before 4pm or after 5:30pm). However, if you are not in our main delivery area (please call to see if you
are or are not, if you are not already aware), your materials will be delivered to
the United States Postal Service during this delivery schedule and sent to your office via overnight mail (typically guaranteed to arrive by noon the following day). If you have a voicemail (only) number in our system and we are actually/physically delivering to your door (not
USPS), you will receive a voice message when they are delivered (so if you are not present, you know they have arrived, etc).
