The following is a small and random assortment of examples of things that we have assisted our customers with.

• CUT COSTS - We recognized inefficiencies and other issues with a Google AdWords marketing campaign of a Boston based family business. With a little of our time we were able to reduce their online marketing expenses by 50% ($12,000 per year).

• INCREASED CAPABILITIES - Instead of having to contact and pay a web developer to continuously complete certain work, we helped a nationally recognized consumer products brand complete the work on their own, without having to learn any computer languages or purchase any software.

• IMPROVED SECURITY - While conducting a review of the web site of a large hospital, we found a major security flaw that allowed one to very easily modify or remove their web site files. We brought the issue to their attention and helped them fix it.

• PROACTIVE MONITORING - A nationally recognized retailer has various mission critical services that relied upon the functionality of their internal network. While working with them, the network had major issues that went undetected for a while and as a result led to significant losses. We setup a system that would proactively monitor it, and alert personnel of problems within a minute of their arising.

• CUT COSTS - In assisting a home based entrepreneur with setting up to allow credit card payments via his web site, we learned that he was overpaying for merchant processing services. With a quick recommendation he is now saving $500 a year, and in doing so, now has more related capabilities than he did previously.

• GENERATED LEADS - While working on a online marketing campaign for a photography studio, we recognized an opportunity to easily drive more “free leads” via Google, and proceeded to spend a small amount of time to make it happen.
