Update Request

Here you will find more information on the simple process of requesting maintenance to your web site(s), including the addition, removal or modification of any content.  Pebblehaven recommends this process for any definitive request(s).  However, if you are unsure of exactly what you need or how you would like to implement your ideas, we welcome you to learn more about our complete web site design & development services or contact us for consultation in submitting a request.

How Does The Process Work?

1) Email update@pebblehaven.com from an authorized address.  Please include a reference of the applicable page(s) and any relevant files/information with your request.  Click here for a sample email.

Or, Fax 781-658-2066.  Please include a reference of the applicable page(s), and any relevant information with your request.  The time required to retype content will be added to the actual update.  Be sure to include the account password somewhere on the fax, for security/verification purposes.

Or, Mail us (address found here).  Please include a reference of the applicable page(s), and any relevant files/information with your request.  The time required to retype content, scan images, and perform related services will be added to the actual update.  Mail is processed once per week, on Thursday's (thus your request will not be received until, at a minimum, the Thursday following your sending it).  Be sure to include the account password somewhere in the mailing, for security/verification purposes.

2) Upon receipt, your request will be entered into our queue and processed on a first come, first serve basis.  If sent by email, you will automatically receive confirmation that your request was received. 

3) Once completed, you will receive an email confirmation, which also includes the total time recorded for your request.  On the 15th of every month you will be billed for the total time recorded during the previous 30 days.  

How Much:

All updates are timed, by the minute, from start until completion using our customer management application.  The total amount of minutes used for updating your site is posted on your monthly invoice at $70 per hour.  Currently, there are no individual or monthly minimums for update requests (for existing customers).
