than a "simple request" (as the work is done without project management or consultation).

Process:
We Receive
Your request will be entered into our queue and processed on a first come, first serve basis. We Complete
Usually completed within 1-2 business days We Email You
As soon as the work is done, you will
receive an email confirmation that includes notes on the work completed, and the total billable time
that was incurred completing it.
How Much:
The total billable minutes rendered each month, which cannot be applied to a valid/outstanding service package, are billed at $85 per hour. Thus, for example, one month your bill may be for 25 minutes from 1 request made/completed, and another month for 60 minutes from 3 requests made/completed.
