Here you will find
details on recommended as well as other acceptable formats for materials
that you are providing us to "work with".
IMAGES
Recommended
Images no larger that 1500 pixels in width or 1000 pixels in height. However, if you are replacing an image (and want the new one to
"display" the same size as the old) or you wish to add images
and have them look the same as others (same size, etc), the recommended
dimensions are that of the "old" image(s). For example,
right click on an "old" image using a PC and click
Properties. From there, it will tell you (to the right of
Dimensions) the height and width of the image. File extensions in .jpg or .gif.
Acceptable
Other acceptable file extensions are .tif, an editable .pdf (Adobe Acrobat),
or .psd (Adobe Photoshop).
TEXT
Recommended
Text in the message body of your actual email.
Acceptable
Text can be attached to your email as a Word document or Notepad
file (.doc, .txt)
VIDEO
Recommended
Video no larger than 1000 pixels in width or height. File extensions
in .flv, or .mov.
Acceptable
Other acceptable file extensions are .avi or .mpeg.
If you do not have
the materials in such format(s), and do not want to take the
responsibility of converting what you have into such format(s), you may
wish to just provide what you have and we will do our best to work with your
materials as they are. However, please note sometimes it takes at
least a little longer to "work with" your file(s), and in some
cases we may not end up being able to. Either way, we will let you
know after attempting to "work with" your file(s). |
